At 9 Tail nutrition, we strive to provide the best quality of products and services to our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at support@9tailnutrition.com to request a return, exchange or refund.

  1. All requests of return, exchange or refund must take place within 14 days of purchase.

  2. For return / exchange, the items must be unused with the original packing.

  3. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  4. Shipping costs for return / exchange is at customer's expense. 

  5. We're not responsible for any lost package or damage during transit back to us.

  6. We do not accept return, exchange or refund if the items have been used. 

  7. We are unable to offer a return, exchange or refund on perishable goods such as foodstuffs for hygiene reasons.

  8. Should there be any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.

  9. Upon successfully receiving the return package within 30 days of purchase, your refund request will be processed within 7 business days. (Note: your bank may need additional time to process the refund.)
