Eligibility

The referral program is open to existing customers with an active account.
New customers being referred must be first-time customers.

 

Referral Process
Referrals must be made through a unique referral code provided to the referrer.
The referred customer must use the referral code during their first purchase to qualify for the discount.

Discount Details
The referrer will receive a fixed cash discount coupon applicable to their next purchase whenever a new referred customer completes their first qualifying purchase using the referrer's code.
The referred customer will receive a fixed cash discount during their first qualifying purchase when the referrer’s code is applied. 
 

Coupon Usage
The discount coupon must be used within its specified validity period. 
The discount coupon can only be applied once and must be used in a single transaction.
The discount coupon cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
 

Referral Limits
The referred customer must make a purchase in the minimum amount of HKD 100 to qualify for the discount.
There is a limit of maximum 10 successful referrals per referrer.
 

Fraud Prevention
The referral program is intended for personal and non-commercial use.
Duplicate or self-referrals are not allowed and will result in disqualification.
Any suspicious activity may lead to termination of the referral benefits for both the referrer and the referred customer.
 

Program Changes
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated through the company's website.
 

Liability
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the discount coupon.
In case of any disputes, the company's decision will be final.
